Shipping policy

Every Grounded Goddess Co piece is printed and made to order just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means a little extra time before your order ships and a lot less waste.
Processing time
Orders typically take 2 to 7 business days to be produced before they ship. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping time (United States)
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please allow up to 14 business days total from the day you order to the day it arrives.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on US orders of $65 or more. Orders under $65 ship for a flat $7.95 to the contiguous US and $13.99 to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Multiple items
Because items are made to order, pieces in the same order may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each package.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us at Groundedgoddessco@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order is in production we may not be able to update it.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or your package shows delivered but has not arrived, reach out and we will help track it down or make it right.
